 Back after a long hibernation with an attempt to write single file : memory VIP on edaplayground.com

The plan is to have a memory VIP working in Version 0.1 and do enhancements later , have a full blown sequences, assertions, tests list

Definitely looking forward to organize the sequences/tests/TB under respective tabs and at some time, can push this to git hub
